世界不動產聯合會(FIABCI)簡介

世界不動產聯合會 (英文名稱 International Real Estate Federation，法文全稱 Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Biens et Conseils lmmobiliers，法文簡稱FIABCI)，成立於 1951 年，總部設於法國巴黎，目前為聯合國社經委員會，係 NGO 組織之重要顧問單位之一，也是全球不動產專業人士組成的國際性組織；FIABCI 的代表主要分布於非洲、美洲、亞太和歐洲四個區域，且在全世界 42 個國家設有分會，並有超過 100 個專業組織，60 個學術機構和3000個不動產業者、專業人士的參與，是一個結合全求 200 萬不動產專業人士的國際性組織，全世界最具權威、層級最高、規模最大的國際性不動產民間組織。藉由地方、國家和國際各級的資訊共享和聯繫，使成員拓展國際觀、汲取專業知識，發展全球網絡及商機。

FIABCI 每年均在不同國家舉辦許多國際不動產交流會議，匯集各國產、官及學界，提供全球從事不動產之專業人士一網絡平台，進行不動產各項資訊和業務之交流，促進全球不動產之健全發展與創新。

世界不動產聯合會台灣分會(FIABCI-Taiwan)簡介

1972 年 1 月中華民國不動產協進會正式成立於臺北市，首任理事長為殷之浩先生，旨在為配合國家政策，積極參加國際性會議活動加強國民外交，並協助政府制訂不動產有關法令、制度暨謀求不動產事業之發展等。1974 年申請參加世界不動產聯合會(FIABCI)，成立「世界不動產聯合會台灣分會」（FIABCI-Taiwan）。

在歷任理事長領導之下，辦理諸多重要國際活動，如：1978 年（臺北）辦理「世界不動產聯合會第 4 屆臺灣臺北世界年會」、2003 年（臺中「世界不動產聯合會第 6 屆亞太不動產年會」，以及 2013 年（臺中）「世界不動產聯合會第 64 屆臺灣臺中世界年會」等。出席年會的國際貴賓來自世界不動產聯合會（FIABCI）會員國及國內不動產「產、官、學」代表；同時邀請來自世界各地的不動產界專家主持論壇會議，發表論文，促使國內業者更了解世界不動產的趨勢與脈動，不僅增加臺灣在國際的能見度，強化臺灣吸引外資投資的機會，透過會議及論壇交流，也提升臺灣建築文化水準，並使臺灣繼續成為國際永續創新發展的亮點。

為落實推動國土綜合開發計劃，提升建築品質、優良居住環境、發展社區文化，本會自 2006 年開始辦理「國家卓越建設獎」系列活動，甄選國內優良的建築作品包含政府機構及民間企業，並推薦得獎作品至「全球卓越建設獎」( FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards) 參加甄選，對於國內不動產品質提升，助益頗深。
